For Throw Back Thursday I had this craving to replicate an amazing food memory of Belgian Waffles topped with Strawberries and Whipped Cream! I must have been around 5 years old when my parents took my to the World's Fair in Flushing Queens, NY. They served these amazing street cart waffles and I can remember sitting on a bench eating this incredible treat!

Fun fact.... my Grandpa was one of the welders to make the iconic World's Fair Globe that is still standing on that spot 'til this day! Did you go the the World's Fair? Please share!
